Thus, ENJOY was started in 2018 as a small eating house in JlnBesar founded by two childhood friends, James and Joel, on the principle of making the most out of the precious moments you have by enjoying some of the greatest pleasures life can bring – great food and great company!
For those who want something with more bite, Chef J’s BBQ Pork will satisfy your meat cravings. The pork slices are grilled till slightly charred while still staying juicy and tender. Each bite released a burst of juices and a lingering smokiness on my tongue — no wonder it’s a crowd favourite!
Grandma’s “Te Kah” Bee Hoon
Made from Chef Joel’s Grandma’s secret recipe, this is the dish to order when dining with family. Slurp-worthy for all that soupy brown gravy, this enticing dish features braised pork trotters so tender the fat jiggles in your mouth, braised from scratch by the way. The meat is served with greens and mushrooms to balance the flavour.
